Section 126 of Target Center is home to Wicked Kitchen, a popular restaurant noted for its entirely vegetarian and vegan menu. They serve Jalapeno Gouda Burger with grated vegan cheese, fresh lettuce, onion slices, and tomato, with a topping of creamy Wicked burger sauces. Another fan-favorite item is Grilled Chorizo Brat with spicy mayo with sautéed onions and peppers topped with fresh lettuce on a sub bread.
They also have a vegan meatball sub served on a sub roll and smothered with Nana’s red sauce made with vegan parmesan.
